Coach-U International offers two key coaching programs.

The 2-day Coaching Clinic is a licensed international program for leaders, team leaders and anyone wanting to learn the art of coaching. During this 2-day Clinic you will learn how to coach for success, inspire others and create opportunities for your people to be their best.

 

The 1/2-day Coaching Conversations course brings coaching into your organisation at all levels. It changes the quality of the conversations your staff have and encourages a culture of learning, collaboration and trust. 

Participants will learn the five-step model and the theoretical basis for each step.  Real business case studies and coaching practices make this half-day program an excellent introduction to corporate coaching for participants providing them with a practical structure for coaching. The program was created in response to requests to allow facilitators to use the model as either a short, stand along program or as part of other leadership initiatives. 

 

Participants learn about

  • how to amplify their strengths and bring self-awareness to their process
